STEPHEN HOCHHAUSER graduated from Harvard College in 1956 and received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 1960. He is a past President of the Greenville Volunteer Fire Company, and was a Member of the Greenville Board of Fire Commissioners. He now resides in Larchmont, New York.
Mr. Hochhauser became counsel to the firm in 1984. He is a member of the New York State and Westchester County Bar Associations and a member of their Trust and Estate and Litigation Sections.
Mr. Hochhauser is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York, and the United States Tax Court.
His areas of practice include trust and estate litigation and commercial litigation.
Mr. Hochhauser has lectured on trust and estate litigation subjects at legal symposiums and bar association continuing legal education forums, and he has published articles dealing with litigation issues in the New York State Bar Association Trust and Estate Section Newsletter and in the Westchester County Bar Journal.
