Kelly M. Welch, Associatetemp

KELLY M. WELCH graduated from Loyola University - New Orleans (B.A. degree) with a major in History. She received her law degree from Pace University School of Law in 1999, cum laude.

Ms. Welch joined the firm in 2005 and concentrates her practice in real estate, trusts and estates and litigation. She has extensive experience in all facets of real estate transactions, both residential and commercial (purchases, sales and leasing), including resolution of complex title problems, zoning issues, and new construction. She advises condominium homeowners associations and cooperative boards on a variety of legal and administrative issues. In the area of trusts and estates, Ms. Welch represents clients in estate planning, gift and estate tax planning, special needs planning, and administration of trusts and estates. She is experienced in the preparation of personal, fiduciary and charitable entity income tax returns.

Ms. Welch also represents clients in civil litigation in the local, state and federal courts, as well as representing beneficiaries, executors and trustees in trusts and estates litigation in Surrogates Courts throughout the metropolitan area.

Ms. Welch was admitted to the New York Bar in 2000, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Westchester County Bar Association. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Westchester County Bar Association and is the Chair of the Unlawful Practice of Law Committee, and is the Treasurer of the Westchester County Bar Foundation. She is also a member and former President of the Northern Westchester Bar Association.
