PETER P. ZELTNER graduated from Case Western Reserve University (A.B. Degree 1967) with a major in history. He received his law degree from Fordham University School of Law in 1971. He was admitted to practice in New York (1972) and New Jersey (1974), the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey (1974), and the United States Supreme Court (2009). His areas of practice include estate planning, estate and trust administration, real estate, commercial leasing, and closely held businesses. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, and the Westchester County Bar Association. He is a former member of the New York State Bar Association House of Delegates and has served on various committees for that Association. He is a member of the Independent Judicial Election Qualification Commission for the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department. He has served as President of the Westchester County Bar Association (2009/2010) and President of the Westchester County Bar Foundation (2003-2005). Mr. Zeltner was also past President of the United Way of Scarsdale/Edgemont and a past President and founding Director of the Westchester Artificial Kidney Center. He has lived and practiced law in the Scarsdale/Edgemont area since 1976 and has been active in numerous local civic and religious organizations for over 25 years.
