Litigation
Our litigation practice serves two purposes. First, it is a stand-alone
practice area through which our litigators can accept your case from its
inception and represent you until all issues are resolved. Second, our
litigation practice acts as a compliment to our other practice areas.
If we are representing you in connection with one of our other practice
areas and it becomes advisable or necessary to resort to litigation, our
litigation staff can represent you without having to refer the matter
to another firm with which you may not be familiar or comfortable. And,
because we are experienced in litigation, we are experienced in avoiding
litigation by recognizing potential issues in advance and formulating
a strategy to deal with them. Our litigators can represent you in the
following areas:
- Trust and Estate Litigation
- Real Property Litigation
- Commercial and Residential Landlord - Tenant Litigation
- Commercial Litigation
- Vehicle and Traffic Law
- DWI and DUI Defense
- Criminal Defense
- Title Insurance Claims
- General Civil Litigation
